Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to join their client's dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring all facilities are in excellent condition and meet tenant needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for property management, focusing on maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to address and resolve any property-related issues promptly.
  • Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions while fostering positive tenant relationships.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and optimize financial performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations concerning property management and leasing.
  • Engage with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Maintain detailed records of property operations, financials, and tenant communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (master's degree or relevant certifications a plus).
  • 2-4 years of commercial real estate or property management experience, preferably with shopping centers.
  • Strong experience in commercial property management, including proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi) and financial analysis tools.
  • Solid understanding of commercial real estate principles, lease administration, and tenant relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese required to support business communication needs.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift

Additional Details

Maximum pay is $105,000.00 and minimum pay is $90,000.00. Around 0% travel time is expected.
